Our Story
In the summer of 2020, we decided to take our life (and work) on the road and explore the West Coast. In one fell swoop, (actually, quite a bit of work over the last 3 weeks of August) we managed to get move from Seattle, get our respective employers to ‘ok’ our remote work, and reduce our lives to what fits into the back of our car – which is what we’ll be driving around the country on our nomadic adventure.
We’re hoping not only to embrace minimalism, but enjoy the fruits of long-term travel while slowly learning how to optimize our performance at work to be location-independent. It’s sure to be an eventful, rewarding journey in every way. We’re thrilled to be doing this and documenting a bit of it along the way.
